Most Real Estate pages are, well, BORING! I will try to provide an entertaining spin on the ever-changing real estate market. With parents that are/were Realtors, and 25 years of real estate finance experience, I've been eating real estate for breakfast, lunch and dinner for almost 40 years. I've bought and sold numerous properties of my own, flipped investment property, counseled countless mortgage clients in negotiating their transactions, and seen about every reason a transaction can go sideways. Most frustration in the home buying process is a failure of the professional(s) involved to foresee bumps in the road and keep their clients informed. My eyes are always peeled, and I'm always thinking two steps ahead. As a 40 year resident of the Pacific Northwest, I know the area very well, and love the diverse communities it offers--there's something for everyone! With so much to see and do within a 2 hour drive, our area is unique--and so are the people! Just as our area and people are unique, so is every real estate transaction--no two buyers, sellers, or properties are the same. What's your unique challenge?
